Rotating W-Mo composite target is cylindrical target material. Cylindrical shape tungsten and molybdenum target is equipped with a stationary magnet with gentle rotation. The advantage is the high efficiency (over 70%), the disadvantage is the high cost. General purity requirement for rotating W-Mo composite target is 99.95% or more, and it should have high density and corrosion resistance.
