X-ray tube in the X-ray machine consists of a cathode, an anode and a glass shell. A cathode and an anode enclosed in a high vacuum glass shell. Tungsten cathode can emit a sufficient amount of electrons at high temperature, these electrons are accelerated into high-speed electrons with high pressure of cathode and anode. When the high-speed electrons strike tungsten target, electron kinetic energy is converted to two parts: X-ray energy and more than 99% of the energy is converted to heat cathode, accelerating temperature of the cathode target surface. Fixed anode X-ray tube is mainly composed of tungsten target and copper body. Traditional tungsten target X-ray machine produce hard X-ray, penetrability of hard X-rays is relatively strong.
Pure Tungsten Target
Tungsten target has a density of 99% or even higher by coating, sintering. The diameter of average transparent texture is 100um or even smaller. Oxygen-containing is 20ppm or less, deflection wrestling is about 500Mpa. Improving raw metal powder production and the ability of sintering can reduce the cost of tungsten target. Density of sintered tungsten target is high, which achieve a high level transparency framework, and significantly improve deflection wrestling, so that reduce particulate matter.
