Tungsten Mesh Heater
A tungsten wire mesh heater is a segmented heater used in a sapphire single crystal furnace that can meet the gradient temperature field conditions required for sapphire single crystal growth.
Since the sapphire single crystal is grown slowly under high temperature conditions, it needs good temperature gradient control to form a cold core, and a uniform and stable temperature field to achieve stable growth of the single crystal. Therefore, the controllable temperature gradient of the heater is very important. At present, sapphire single crystal furnaces generally use birdcage-shaped tungsten heaters, as well as tungsten mesh heater. Various specifications are customized according to customer requirements.

The purity of tungsten wire mesh is ≥99.95%. The surface mesh is uniform without broken wire and no loophole. The melting point of tungsten is as high as 3410 ℃, and it has extremely high temperature resistance. Therefore, tungsten wire mesh is used for connectors in anti-corrosion and high-temperature production, structural parts and heating elements that work in high temperature environments.
