High Temperature Tungsten Rhenium Thermocouple
High temperature tungsten rhenium thermocouple has a reliable thermal stability with low cost. If it works with display instrument, it can directly measure temperature of liquid, vapor and gases. It can replace platinum rhodium thermocouple as measurement tools in a high-tech metallurgical industry, high-temperature thermoelectric electronic systems and space vehicles structural engineering, ultra-high temperature nuclear reactor. It can work in the vacuum, inert atmosphere, it can be used in a range of 0 ~ 2300℃. Special protective tube tungsten-rhenium can work in an oxidizing atmosphere at 1600℃ for a long time, which is is low than platinum rhodium thermocouple.
Manufacturing Process
1. Pre-alloyed powder preparation: According to the weight percentagev to weight anode and cathode materials, anode and cathode materials are prepared by high-energy dispersion method, dispersing time is 15-20h.
2 Molding: Mechanical compaction, pressure is 150-450Mpa, time is 15-20s.
3 Pre-sintering: In reducing atmosphere 1300-1500° *3h.
4 Vertical melting:The first ection: 2000A*20min, the second sectin: 2800-3300A*450min.
5 Rotary forging: temperature 1300-1600°, the pass compression rate is greater than 25%, the range of processing size is 10%-20%.
7 Cleaning: Alkali electrolytic cleaning, alkali concentration: 15-20%, electrolytic voltage 30-100V for 5S.
8 Annealing: Finished wire annealing temperature 1200-1500° for 30-60min.
9. Finished packaging: Vacuum packaging.
