Riveted tungsten boat is boat-shaped evaporation tungsten crucible assembled from high-purity tungsten sheets using precision mechanical riveting, mainly applied in vacuum evaporation coating and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) processes. It consists of multiple tungsten plates connected through high-precision riveted structures, forming a central material-loading trough and extended electrode ends, ensuring stable current and uniform heating. Riveted structure avoids microstructural changes caused by high-temperature welding, making it ideal for high-stability, precision coating processes.
